Welcome! We offer several options to our standard thermal home inspection.

We offer whole home inspections, and follow-up inspections. All of our inspections give you the same end result, which is the discovery of the most cost effective improvements or repairs that can be made in order save money. You may be surprised how many things you can do that save you money on a constant basis. Request a quote for your assessment today! There is never a bad time to start learning how to save money on your energy related bills.

Follow-up inspections use previous reports we have done at your location to determine where improvements have been made and how effective those improvements were. We also determine if any more problems have developed since the last inspection. When the inspection is done, the current conditions of the house are compared to previous conditions of the house to determine where improvements were made and where conditions worsened or started becoming a problem. The report is created and findings relative to previous conditions are explained. This inspection type does not cost as much as the whole home inspection, and the typical price is about $250. Again, this will vary depending on your home size and several other factors.

What we do?

Once a price quote has been accepted by you, we will send one of our inspectors to the inspection site to take images. The images come in pairs: one image is a normal image, and the other is a thermal image. This image pair will help you identify where the particular defect is located, however, some places cannot be uniquely identified by using only the image pair so a description is added to help find the defect and also to give explanations and suggestions for it. Reports are not delivered until all payments have been received. Reports are delivered two business days after requirements are met. We give support for all phases of the inspection process, even after the report has been delivered. Questions or concerns about the inspection and report delivery process are all answered in a timely manner. Details concerning the inspection and the delivered report are kept confidential and are not released to anybody except you.

Where we do it?

We operate in the Conway AR area. Distance and accessibility are factored into our quoting process and they will affect the final price of an inspection.

Why we do it?

We are passionate about arming business and home owners with the information they need to save the most money, and plan for the future of their property. We are here to conduct thermal assessments, and produce a report which includes regular and infrared images, technical information relating to the images, as well as suggestions about how to improve the areas evaluated. We are be available to answer questions both during and after assessments. This will allow you to determine the potential for energy savings or how effective previous improvements were.

When we do it?

The quality of information revealed during an inspection of a home depends greatly on the weather. We attempt to capture our images when those conditions allow for good or better inspections.
